Chilean pension fund manager AFP Habitat is controlled by the Chilean construction chamber and is the country's second largest AFP in number of affiliates. It offers a range of products and services, including savings, pensions, multifunds, and voluntary pension plans (APV). AFP Habitat also offers survivor's pension benefits payable to designated beneficiaries upon the death of the policyholder, and disability support pension payable to persons who are totally or partially limited in the amount of work they can do due to injury or disability.
