Caiuá Distribuição is controlled by Brazilian power group Grupo Rede. Since April, 2014, brazilian electric power holding Energisa assumed control of Rede Energia's eight distributors that have been under Aneel's control since September 2012, including CFLO, Bragantina, Nacional, Vale do Paranapanema, Caiuá, Enersul, Cemat and Celtins.
