Description

Operating since 1952, Centrales Eléctricas del Norte de Santander - CENS - is a Colombian firm engaged in the distribution, transmission and commercialization of electric power mainly to residential customers. CENS is subsidiary, since 2009, of Colombian public services company Grupo Empresarial EPM. CENS has its headquarters in San José de Cúcuta, capital of the Norte de Santander department with four offices located in Pamplona, Ocaña, Tibú (Norte de Santander) and in Aguachita (Cesar department). It distributes electric power to more than 435,000 clients in 47 municipalities.
