The Comision Nacional de Seguros y Fianzas (CNSF) is Mexico's insurance and surety bond regulator, and the entity responsible for regulating the insurance and surety bond markets, as well as of promote the development of both sectors. CNSF is also responsible to oversee the operation of both industries to ensure that all companies comply the country's regulatory framework. It also publishes rules, stats, analysis and imposes sanctions.
