Panamanian construction firm Constructora Urbana S.A. (Cusa) is primarily involved in the design and construction of highways, airports, ports, railway, infrastructure, sewerage and bridges, and activities like excavation and earthmoving works. Recent projects have included the rehabilitation of the David-Dolega-Boquete highway in Panama's Chiriquí province. Works included the reconstruction of 37km of highway and expansion to four lanes. As part of a consortium with Belgium's Jan De Nul, Spain's Sacyr Vallehermoso and Italy's Impregilo, Cusa is involved in Panama Canal Authority's (ACP) project to install a third set of locks on the waterway's Atlantic coast. Cusa was founded in 1955 and is based in Panama City, Panama.
