It has 25 substations and 789 km of transmission lines. In 2008, it produced 1,053.5GWh of electricity and sold 1,190GWh. Electroandes is controlled by SN Power through its subsidiaries Inversiones Eléctricas de los Andes and Transamerica Energy Company. Later, SN Power's operations in the country were acquired by Norway's Statkraft.
