Peruvian company Gas Natural de Lima y Callao S.A. (Cálidda) is engaged in piped gas distribution in Lima and Callao. It holds a 33-year concession to for natural gas distribution, including sale of equipment, installation and maintenance services, as of 2000, which can be extended every 10 years. The company has a distribution network of 5,557km, serving 317,387 customers. Cálidda is owned by colombian firms Grupo Energía Bogotá and Promigas. It was incorporated in 2002 under the name Gas Natural de Lima y Callao S.R.L., and later renamed Gas Natural De Lima y Callao S.A. in 2005.
