Colombian construction and engineering firm Organización de Ingeniería Internacional (Grupo Odinsa) is engaged in the development, management and financing of projects in the areas of road and rail infrastructure, airports, ports, transportation, power generation, public utilities, and telecommunications. In Colombia, the company manages highways Autopistas del Café, Autopista de los Llanos, Santa Marta-Paraguachón, Hatovial, Vías de las Américas, and La Pintada, while in the Dominican Republic it has the Autopistas del Nordeste and Boulevard Turístico del Atlántico road concessions. In 2013, it also obtained a contract to develop a corridor in Aruba. In addition to the road business, the company hold stakes in the concessionaires in charge of the Eldorado International airport and Santa Marta port, in Colombia, while in the energy sector, Odinsa participates in power generation initiatives in Chile and Panama.
