Chile's ministry of public works (MOP) is the cabinet-level administrative office in charge of planning, studying, designing and constructing as well as repairing, maintaining and operating public infrastructure in Chile. Its work encompasses roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, airports and airfields. It is also responsible for enforcing the country's concession legislation and water code.
