Description

Ecuador's water department Senagua is a government body responsible for managing the country's water resources in an integrated and sustainable manner and developing associated policies. Senagua has already delivered two landmark projects in its 2017 strategic plan: the Chongón-San Vicente water transfer project and the Bulubulu multipurpose hydro project, in Guayas province. Other ongoing water supply and flood control projects include Milagro, Pacalori, Coaque, Jama, Chalupas, Pedro Carbo, Tahuín, Puma, Puruhanta, Tumbabiro and Río Verde.
