Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado de la República de Argentina (AABE)

Company Detail

The Argentinean agency on state property management, Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado (AABE), was established in 2012 in Buenos Aires to replace the Organismo Nacional de Administración de Bienes (ONABE), whose goal is to identify and manage lands and buildings owned by the State. The AABE works on three issues: community services, to implement development programs for communities with housing deficit; services to the State, to modernize and optimize state buildings; and real estate services, to foster projects which invigorate the economy, boost investment and labor, and include and enhance disadvantaged areas. In the year 2018, the AABE authorized the tender of six state lots in Buenos Aires, and other one in Neuquén, whose revenues will fund the construction of the railway viaducts Mitre and San Martín.
