Concesionaria Via Expresa Sur S.A., a subsidiary of Peruvian engineering and construction company Graña y Montero S.A.A., is a special purpose entity which holds a 40-year concession for the development of the future Vía Expresa Sur highway project in the Peruvian capital of Lima. The company is responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the 4.8km road connecting the Vía Expresa to the Panamericana Sur highway, expected to begin operations in 2018. Via Expresa Sur will cross five Peruvian districts: Barranco, Surco, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa Maria del Triunfo and Lurin, connecting Lima's downtown with southern Lima Sur districts. The highway will have three lanes for each carriageway, with an exclusive lane for Lima's Metropolitano's rapid bus transit system. In addition, the highway will include a two-lane auxiliary road on each side, plus bridges for pedestrians and vehicles. Via Expresa Sur is headquartered in Lima.
