Description

Techint S.A. de C.V. (Techint México) builds structures and facilities for the power, oil & gas, steel and petrochemical sectors. Some of the projects where the company has been involved include the construction of pipelines, steel plants, hydroelectric and combined cycle power plants, high voltage transmission lines and electric substations. It has built over 7,500km of transmission lines and more than 5,000MW of power generation plants. The Mexico City-based unit of Techint Engineering and Construction, ultimately controlled by Italian-Argentine group Techint, was founded in 1954 and develops activities in Mexico and Central America.
