Ciclo Combinado Tierra Mojada SRL de CV is a Mexican power project developer responsible for the construction of the Tierra Mojada combined cycle thermal power plant. The project, which will be located in the municipality of Zapotlanejo, Jalisco state, will have an installed capacity of 874MW. Tierra Mojada will receive natural gas from two pipelines, one owned by Fermaca and the other by Cenagás. Construction work started in the second half of 2017, with the plant expected to begin operating in 2019. The firm is a special purpose vehicle owned by Fisterra Energy, an energy infrastructure investment company owned by multinational investment group Blackstone.
