Description

Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), created in 1941 with headquarters in São Paulo, Brazil, is a multinational company focused on the metal, mining, cement, logistics and energy sectors. CSN operates in 18 Brazilian states covering the entire steel production chain, from the ore extraction to the manufacturing and sale of a wide variety of steel products, including coated galvanized flat steel, profiles, and tinplate, to supply the automotive, construction, packaging, household appliances and OEM sectors. CSN also produces and trades cement, sintered and pelleted iron ore, and by-products such as tar, naphthalene, anhydrous ammonia, sulfur, and BTX.
