José Cartellone Construcciones Civiles S.A. (JCCC) is an Argentine engineering and construction company with a project portfolio that includes hydroelectric plants, power transmission lines, aqueducts, irrigation infrastructure, bridges, deepwater ports and cargo berths. The company has completed projects throughout the region, including Bolivia's La Paz-Oruro highway, built with Santa Fé y Asociados and Corsán-Corviam S.A. JCCC was recently awarded the 464MW Los Blancos hydroelectric project in Argentina's Mendoza province. The complex, which will be built by JCCC with Brazilian company OAS, will comprise two multi-use dams on the Tunuyán river. JCCC is headquartered in Mendoza, Argentina, and has offices in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Costa Rica.
