Description

Established in 1991 by South Korea's foreign affairs and trade ministry, the Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica) implements the government's grant aid and technical cooperation programs. The agency has carried out prefeasibility and feasibility studies for the expansion and improvement of Paraguay's routes No. 2 and 7, as well as financing for phase II of the Guarayos potable water project in Bolivia's Santa Cruz department.
