Mexus Gold U.S. is a US gold, silver, and copper exploration company focused on projects in the western US and northern Mexico. It is primarily engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration, development and production of mining properties. The company's properties in Mexico include Ocho Hermanos and Caborca mine. In 2012, Mexus and a fully owned subsidiary of Mexus Gold Mining signed a 50-year JV agreement with Minerals La Negra and Trinidad Pacifica on 18 concessions in Mexico's Sonora state. Mining and mineral sales are already taking place on part of the property. Mexus will act as the operator and will receive 60% ownership and net revenue participation from the concessions. Mexus Gold U.S. was incorporated in 1990 and is based in Carson City, Nevada.
