Telson Resources, formerly Soho Resources, is a Canadian junior mining and exploration company with a strategic interest in gold and other precious metals. The company's current focus is on the exploration and development of the Tahuehueto gold-silver project in northwestern Mexico's Durango state, within the Sierra Madre mountain range. The firm controls Tahuehueto through its 99.4%-owned subsidiary, Sierra Soleada. In 2011, Telson completed a first-phase exploration program at the Jocuixtita silver project in Mexico's Sinaloa state but, in 2013, it decided to end an option agreement to acquire 100% of this mineral property. Through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, Samarkand de Mexico, the company holds stakes in five other concessions in the same area, but there are no investment plans to develop these properties. Telson Resources was founded in 1986 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
