Termomecanica São Paulo S.A. (Termomecanica) is a Brazilian company engaged in the manufacturing of finished and semi-finished products from copper and copper alloys, including bars, reinforcing bars, profiles, wires, rolled sheets, tubes for refrigeration and industrial applications, among others. Founded in 1942, the company is controlled by non-profit organization Fundação Salvador Arena (FSA). In 2016, Termomecanica entered the aluminum industry, producing tubes and bars for the electricity sector. Headquartered in São Bernardo do Campo, the firm has three production plants in the city and one in Manaus, in addition to a distribution center in Joinville. It also has two production plants abroad, in Argentina and Chile. The company exports 20% of its production, mainly to the United States, but also to several Latin American and European countries.
