Description

The Ministry of Public Works and Services of Río Negro Province, in Argentina, is the local government department tasked with public investment planning on infrastructure and housing projects, as well as execution and control. It is also responsible for the development of Río Negro's roads, airports, logistics and communications networks, the distribution of piped gas, the conservation of water resources and the regulation of public transport sector. Headquartered in the city of Viedma, the Ministry was created in 2011 as the successor to the Secretariat of Public Works.
