Tecpetrol del Perú S.A.C is a subsidiary of Argentine oil company Tecpetrol and its main activities relate to oil and natural gas drilling support. It has a 10% share in gas exploration and production in Camisea fields, which is processed at the separation plant in Malvinas, northern Cusco, in a gas fractioning plant and in a sea maritime terminal, in southern Pisco. It operates since 2010 the 174 block located near Camisea fields. The firm led the construction of the Camisea gas transport system, taking natural gas from Malvinas to Lurín, and natural gas liquids from Malvinas to the fractioning plant in southern Pisco. In 2014 sold its interests in the Camisea gas transport system. The subsidiary kicked off operations in 2009 and is headquartered in Lima.
