Transenergia São Paulo S.A. is a Brazilian power transmission company incorporated in 2010. It was granted a 30-year concession contract to construct, operate and maintain the 500/138 kV 800MVA Itatiba substation and its related facilities, as well as the following transmission lines: Campinas L1 and Ibiúna L2; Paineiras 1 and 2; Bom Jardim 1 and 2; Viracopos 1 and 2; and Tanquinho 1 and 2. Transenergia São Paulo is owned by Empresa de Energia de Bogotá, through its Brazilian subsidiary Gebbras Participações Ltda., with a 51% stake, with the balance held by Furnas Centrais Elétricas. Transenergia São Paulo S.A. is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro.
