Brazil's Banco Safra has sold US$300mn worth of three-year bonds on the international markets.
The bonds have a coupon of 3.5% and will pay investors a yield of 3.55%, local news service Agência Estado reported.
The issues was rated Baa2 by Moody's and was arranged by Safra, Barclays and UBS (NYSE: UBS).
