Banking association appoints Jaime Moreno new president

Panamanian banking association ABP has appointed Jaime Moreno as president, succeeding Moises Cohen at the group's top spot, a press release from banking regulator SBP reads.

Cohen, chairman of Capital Bank, had been ABP president since 2009. Moreno, general manager of BAC Panama, served as ABP's first VP during 2010-11.
