Congress ratifies Schydlowsky as SBS head

The constitutional committee of Peru's legislature unanimously ratified Daniel Schydlowsky as head of banking, insurance and private pension regulator SBS, state newswire Andina reported.

Schydlowsky was appointed by President Ollanta Humala on August 6 and succeeds Felipe Tam Fox at the post.
