Foreign currency deposits up 18.5% in year through November

Foreign currency deposits in Peru increased 18.5% in the year through November, reaching US$22.1bn, local banking association Asbanc said.

Local currency deposits amounted to 64.8bn soles (US$24bn) at the end of the month, marking a 7.61% increase, according to a release from the association.
