TecBan expects ATM network to have more than 13,200 machines at year-end

Brazilian company TecBan expects to close this year with more than 13,200 machines in its Banco24Horas ATM network, the company said in a press release.

TecBan increased its number of ATMs to 10,200 at the end of last year, from 7,300 at end-2009.

The Banco24Horas network was used by some 100mn clients in 2010 from the 40 financial institutions that are members of the network.

The network processed 613mn transactions last year, up 35% on 2009.
