Bolivia's public investment and external financing department (VIPFE) will accept bids from companies interested in carrying out the pre-feasibility study for the Guayaramerín-Riberalta rural interconnection.
VIPFE will use the bids to create a list of pre-selected candidates, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) said in a statement. Companies interested in carrying out the pre-feasibility study can submit their bids to the VIPFE through October 31.
IDB signed an agreement with Bolivia's government for a US$245,000 loan to conduct the rural electrification pre-feasibility study, the statement said.
