Brief: GyM to offload service companies

Peru's Graña y Montero (GyM) reported that, together with El Cóndor Combustibles, Inversiones y Asesorías Samburu and GYM Chile, it has signed a stock purchase agreement with GDF Suez Energie Chile Holding and Engie Services Peru whereby the latter two groups will purchase all shares in CAM Chile and CAM Servicios del Perú.

GyM's participation in the CAM companies, which serve the power and telecommunications markets in Chile, Colombia and Peru, is 73.16%, according to GyM regulatory filings.

The sale price and closing of the transaction are subject to customary requirements. The maximum date to close the deal is October 31
