In a resolution, the ministry authorized the general power director or equivalent to sign the concession contract on behalf of the state with CTM.

At end-March, construction was 92.2% complete, according to information from energy and mining investment regulator Osinergmin, which adds that although commercial operations startup was scheduled for June, CTM requested an extension to November.

In February, the ministry's energy environmental affairs office DGAAE approved CTM's transmission project Friaspata-Mollepata.
