The winner of the two-year contract to provide technical, social and environmental supervision services is Consorcio Cointec-Electroconsult, according to state power company Ande.
The other bidders were Consorcio de Consultores del Sur (Intec-Tecnolatina-Latinoconsult) and Consorcio Typsa y Asociados (Typsa-Diservel-Ingeneg).
