Spanish companies Gransolar and TSK were among the groups that participated in a technical visit as part of the bidding process to develop the 50MW first phase of a 100MW solar photovoltaic complex in Oruro, Bolivia, state news agency ABI reported.

Earlier this month, TSK signed an EPC contract with South Jamaica Power Company for the 190MW Old Harbour Bay natural gas-fired project.

Colombia's mining and energy planning unit UPME awarded ACI Proyectos the supervision component in call UPME 09-2016 to reinforce power transmission infrastructure in the Caribbean departments of La Guajira, Cesar and Magdalena.
