Average generation in the year was 2,319MW and flow averaged 14,461m3/second.

In December the complex generated 1,670GWh, of which 92% went to Argentina and the rest to Paraguay.

Yacyretá is forecast to generate 20.0TWh this year, down from 2014 and far from 2011's record of 20.9TWh.

Argentina and Paraguay recently signed an agreement to share management of Yacyretá, which may advance efforts for a planned expansion at the dam.
