Paraguay's public procurement platform has postponed the bid submission and opening ceremony to December 19 for the Alberdi-Pilar highway project, which will connect the towns Alberdi and Pilar in Paraguay's Ñeembucú department.
Proposals were previously due November 14 and the opening ceremony was set to be held on November 28.
The tender includes a contract to carry out works for the rehabilitation and paving of 97km of highway.
The project is estimated to involve a total investment of 778bn guarani (US$131mn). The project has financial support from River Plata development fund Fonplata.
