Chile's only locally owned private pension fund manager, AFP Cuprum, has again topped the service quality report issued by pension regulator SP.
In SP's latest report, which covers the September-December 2008 period, AFP Cuprum received 8.58 points of a maximum 10.
Cuprum was followed by ING's (NYSE: ING) AFP Capital with 7.62 and Spanish bank BBVA's (NYSE: BBV) AFP Provida (NYSE: PVD) with 7.59.
In fourth and fifth place came AFP Habitat and AFP Planvital, scoring 7.40 and 6.67, respectively.
SP's service quality report comprises 52 variables measuring efficiency in customer service, bureaucracy and account management.
