Brief: Brazil's Caixa Seguridade names new CEO

Caixa Seguridade, the insurance arm of Brazilian state-run bank Caixa Econômica Federal, named José Raimundo Santos Lima as its new CEO.

Lima will replace Raphael Rezende Neto and his tenure will extend through May 15, 2020.

The executive is a Caixa career employee, joining the bank in 1989. His most recent post was director of new acquisitions at the bank's equity arm Caixa Participações.

Lima's main task will now be to move forward the IPO plans for Caixa Seguridade.
