Vancouver's Timmins Gold (TSX-V: TMM) has made the first gold pour at its San Francisco mine in Mexico's Sonora state, the company said in a statement.
The company's first production from San Francisco was a 46kg doré bar with 77.9% gold, 19.5% silver and 2.58% other metals. By ounces the bar yielded 1,153oz gold and 288oz silver for an estimated value of about US$1.32mn.
San Francisco has 611,000oz of gold reserves and a plant with a 100,000oz/y production capacity.
Timmins also runs the Tequila, Cocula, El Capomo, El Picacho, Trincheras and Patricia properties in Mexico.
