Vancouver's Lithium X Energy filed an NI 43-101 technical report for the Sal de los Angeles project in Argentina's Salta province, containing its first independent lithium, potassium and boron resource estimate for the project, the company said in a press release.

The estimate includes an indicated component of 194,860t of lithium at an average grade of 501mg/l (1.037Mt of lithium carbonate equivalent) and 2.14Mt of potassium at an average grade of 5,512mg/l. The resource estimate established inferred resources of 189,130t lithium and 2.07Mt potassium.

Lithium X holds a 50% interest in the project, which can be increased by an additional 30%.


Toronto's U3O8 is undertaking a best efforts non-brokered private placement of units for gross proceeds of approximately Cdn$1mn (US$762,433), according to a company statement.

The net proceeds will be used to advance the Laguna Salada uranium-vanadium deposit in Argentina towards a prefeasibility study, as well as for general corporate purposes.


Vancouver's Inca One Gold appointed Bruce Bagagnolo as chairman, effective immediately, the company said in a release.

Inca One has the Chala One gold milling facility in Peru.
