Brief: Telson ships first ore from Campo Morado
Telson Resources completed the first shipment of ore from its Campo Morado polymetallic mine in Mexico.
Telson delivered 225 wet tonnes of zinc concentrate to Trafigura's warehouse in the city of Manzanillo, Mexico, with further shipments of zinc and lead concentrates planned this week.
Operations at Campo Morado in Guerrero state restarted in October after the asset was placed on care and maintenance by former owners Nyrstar in 2015.
The mill is operating continuously and had produced more than 800t zinc concentrate and 250t lead concentrate by November 5, Telson said. Telson also has the Tahuahueto project in Mexico.
