SCT reopens oil ports

Mexico's transport and communications ministry (SCT) had reopened all Gulf of Mexico ports as of Wednesday morning following closures associated with bad weather that reduced the flow of oil exports, according to the ministry's website.

The largest oil port, Cayo Arcas, had been reopened as of Tuesday afternoon. Dos Bocas, the third largest oil port, was reopened by Wednesday morning.
