IN BRIEF: Colombia to regulate LPG sales

Colombian energy authorities released for public comment a resolution bill that establishes the regulation for the wholesale commercialization of LPG.

The regulation aims to promote competition and increase transparency, mitigate inefficiencies in the assignment of LPG, and facilitate and improve decision making and relations among stakeholders, according to the draft document from energy and gas regulator CREG, which will accept comment through March 1.
