Argenis Rodríguez, president of PDVSA Intevep, signed letters of intent with 7 private companies in the country, with which will be established projects for the development, optimization, supply and application of chemical additives and products for the oil industry, specifically for the extraction and production processes of crude.

In general, among the areas of joint work, established in these documents, include: stimulation and productivity of wells, quality of oil, drilling, operational reliability, treatment of effluents, development and application of products and chemical additives, dispersants of asphaltenes and surfactants, development and optimization of anti-foaming and demulsifying formulations, friction reducers, as well as products for improved recovery.
Likewise, a letter of intent was signed with the company Complete Environmental Solutions SA to review the potential of this company for the collection, analysis and storage of cores; as well as for the repair and supply of progressive cavity pumps, frequency variators and electric submersible pumps.
