Colombia's Ecopetrol will hold a third public offer on December 6 as part of the second stage of its divestment in local energy firm EEB. The sale falls under the NOC's plan to offload non-strategic assets to boost savings and improve cash flow.

A second auction in June for the 278mn shares, or 3.03% of EEB, at a price of 1,815 pesos (US$0.57) was unsuccessful. Information regarding the third public offer is available at this link.
