Brazilian IT consulting firm 3CON grew revenues by 20% in 2010 and plans to invest in modernizing its legacy applications in 2011, the company said in a statement.
Without providing hard figures, Genivaldo Araujo, director of 3CON, attributed the firm's expansion to increased sales, particularly among the telecom and retail sectors, and restructuring of internal processes.
Along with its North American partner Ateras, 3CON intends to work this year toward developing secure, quick and automated solutions for application optimization.
"Ateras technology automatically resolves the challenges of migration and modernization," Araujo said in the statement. "Businesses no longer have to confront this challenge, which was caused by a lack of technological options."
