US consulting and technology services firm Accenture (NYSE: ACN) posted revenues of US$3.0bn in the Americas in fiscal 4Q11, ended August 31, up from US$2.5bn in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement.
The company's overall net revenues for the period reached US$6.7bn, up 23% compared to the year-ago quarter. Its net profits reached US$683mn, up from US$510mn in fiscal 4Q10.
Accenture expects global net revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2012 to be in the range of US$6.8bn-7bn.
For full-year fiscal 2012, the company forecasts 7-10% net revenue growth in local currency.
