US contact center platform provider Aspect Software will carry out roadshows in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia during the coming months to introduce its new regional executive team after the acquisition of compatriot contact center solutions firm Corsidian, Aspect said in a statement.
In July, Aspect closed the acquisition of its channel partner for more than 10 years to meet rising demand for customer contact solutions in Latin America. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Alejandro Suárez Bautista has been appointed regional VP for Mexico and Central America, Alejandro Stendall will be the new general director for Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and Ricardo Gorski has been named VP for Brazil and the Southern Cone.
The region will continue to be led by Aspect's VP for Latin America and the Caribbean, Alejandro Bourg.
With the acquisition, Aspect now has over 2,000 employees worldwide and serves over 3,000 clients in 50 countries, according to Bourg.
During 2010, Aspect reached a 47% growth in sales in Latin America.
