Brazilian IT services provider Asyst International expects revenues to grow 43% during 2011 as it marks the 10th anniversary of its Argentine subsidiary, according to a press release from the company.
In 2010, Asyst's revenues grew 22% year-over-year to US$36.8mn, with the growth joined by agreements made with regional IT companies. Asyst said recent agreements with companies Global IT and Upgrade, which offer services in the region, have strengthened and better positioned it in the market.
Asyst highlighted recent corporate achievements such as the launch of the Oportunidades IT portal for recruiting IT professionals. Additionally, the company received ITIL V3 certification on the part of its directors, account managers, process managers and local coordinators.
The company also became the first service desk company in Argentina to obtain ISO 20000 certification.
As part of its expansion in the Argentine IT market, Asyst has opened new offices in Buenos Aires.
Specializing in service desk, the company was founded in Brazil in 1985 and has subsidiaries in Argentina and Chile. It currently has 100 large clients globally.
