Eset launches partner program in Latin America

Czech antivirus and security software developer Eset has kicked off its partner program for Latin America, according to a press release from the company's regional unit. The program - which aims to strengthen Eset's relationship with and improve the business practices of its distribution channels - will offer benefits to the company's business partners who exhibit high standards of work quality and customer service. Eset said it aims to recognize and support partners that have contributed to the exponential growth it has experienced in recent years. Through the program, Eset's partners will be assigned to gold, silver and bronze categories based on criteria such as their sales levels, commitment to the business, development and brand positioning activities, customer service and support, and quality of attention, among others. Eset Latin America sales and marketing director Jerónimo Varela said the program provides opportunities to increase sales and improve services offered to corporate clients, while also making available new and improved training tools. Along with this program, the company is initiating Eset Smart Channel, a program to reward annually outstanding actions by distribution channels of its exclusive distributors, recognizing those that have carried out a special project or action. Since 2004, Eset's Latin America headquarters have been in Buenos Aires.
