Honduras' financial system regulator, Comisión Nacional de Bancos y Seguros, has launched a public tender for business process management software, the watchdog announced.
The tender includes supplying the software, as well 150 user licenses and installing, configuring and launching the application.
As part of the process, bidders must provide evidence of at least five years' experience in supply, installation and maintenance for similar prior tenders. Additionally, they must show successful cases in at least three related contracts for institutions in Latin America. This information must include the full value of the previous projects in US dollars, a general description of the contracts, their starting dates, and their location and duration.
Bidders must also provide a statement to prove that they have, or intend to have, a service center in Honduras to provide technical support.
Honduras received a credit from the World Bank's International Development Association (IDA) to cover the costs of the technical assistant project for the financial sector.
Interested companies must submit proposals by October 4. See this link for more information, in Spanish.
